Coverage Tips Off Friday February 15 at 7 p.m. ET

ESPN Caribbean presents the 2019 NBA AllStar from Charlotte, N.C., Friday to Sunday, February 15-17. On Friday, ESPN Caribbean will air the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Presented by Ruffles at 7:00 p.m. ET and the MTN DEW ICE Rising Stars at 9:00 p.m. ET. ESPN will also air the State Farm All-Star Saturday Night on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. ET and present the 68th NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, at 8:00 p.m. ET. The 2019 NBA All-Star also streams live on ESPN Play.

NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Presented by Ruffles

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game home team features celebrities with Carolina roots, including ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Williams and 2018 WNBA Rookie of the Year A’ja Wilson, facing off against reigning MVP and rapper Quavo.

MTN DEW ICE Rising Stars

The 25th Rising Stars Challenge selects ten first- and second-year NBA players from the United States to compete against ten first- and second-year players from around the world in the association’s yearly showcase of young talent. Team USA’s roster includes Jarret Allen (Brooklyn Nets), Marvin Bagley III (Sacramento Kings), John Collins (Atlanta Hawks), and Jaren Jackson Jr. (Memphis Grizzlies). Team World includes players OG Anunoby (Toronto Raptors), Bogdan Bogdanović (Sacramento Kings), Luka Dončić (Dallas Mavericks) and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Los Angeles Clippers).

State Farm All-Star Saturday Night

The NBA All-Star Saturday Night features several events to test each competitor’s mastery of basketball, including the Skills Challenge, Three-Point Contest and Dunk Contest.

68th NBA All-Star Game

This marks the second time that Charlotte hosts the event, having previously hosted it in 1991.

Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James and the Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo won the fan vote as team captains. The teams were hand-picked by both, who alternated picks until each team’s roster was filled.  The Team LeBron starting lineup includes LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, Kyrie Irving and James Harden.  The Team Giannis starting lineup includes Giannis Antetokoumpo, Stephen Curry, Joel Embiid, Paul George and Kemba Walker.
