Junior middleweight Evan Holyfield (2-0, 2 KOs), 22, of Houston, the son of former heavyweight world champion Evander Holyfield, will have his third bout on Feb. 8 at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona in Daytona Beach, Florida, Main Events and Christy Martin Promotions announced on Saturday. Holyfield, who turned pro Nov. 2 and fought again Nov. 23, will face an opponent to be determined in a four-round bout.
