ESPN RADIO THE LAST DANCE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

ODDS DEPEND ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

1. PROMOTION AND SPONSOR: Participation in the ESPN Radio The Last Dance Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") constitutes each entrant's (hereinafter, a "Participant") full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The "Sponsor" is ESPN Radio, a division of ABC Radio Network Assets, with offices at One ESPN Plaza, Bristol, CT 06010. All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of, these Official Rules by Sponsor shall be final and binding. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. A Participant is providing his/her information only to Sponsor and not to Twitter.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) and older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or household members of each are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.This Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary to participate in the Promotion. To enter, a Participant must become a follower of @ESPNRadio on Twitter (if not one already) and must also become a follower of at least one (1) of the following ESPN Radio program Twitter handles (if not already one) to be eligible: Keyshawn, JWill & Zubin (@KeyJayandZ), The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz (@LeBatardShow), or Greeny (@EspnGreeny). Participants must accept related account's Tweets and follow the Promotion entry instructions within posts made by the aforementioned Twitter handles.

This Promotion consists of a one (1)-day "Entry Period" for each ESPN Radio program as indicated below, when their dedicated Twitter handle posts instructions on how to enter the Promotion. The Promotion will end approximately twenty-four (24) hours later at the scheduled ET conclusion of each respective ESPN Radio program's first-aired show on the following day. The Entry Periods for each ESPN Radio program shall be as follows:

• To open the Entry Period for Keyshawn, JWill & Zubin, Sponsor (via @KeyJayandZ on Twitter) will post a tweet with the entry details between 6:00AM ET and 10:00AM ET on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. To enter, Participants must follow the entry details as outlined by Sponsor in the tweet which will include retweeting a post that contains the required entry hashtag #thelastdanceradiosweeps, @KeyJayandZ and @ESPNRadio. All entries must occur on Twitter during the stated Entry Period, which ends at the scheduled ET conclusion of Keyshawn, JWill & Zubin, scheduled to occur at 10:00AM ET on Thursday, October 8, 2020.

• To open the Entry Period for Greeny, Sponsor (via @EspnGreeny on Twitter) will post a tweet with the entry details between 12:00PM ET and 2:00PM ET on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. To enter, Participants must follow the entry details as outlined by Sponsor in the tweet which will include retweeting a post that contains the required entry hashtag #thelastdanceradiosweeps, @EspnGreeny and @ESPNRadio. All entries must occur on Twitter during the stated Entry Period, which ends at the scheduled ET conclusion of Greeny, scheduled to occur at 2:00PM ET on Thursday, October 8, 2020.

• To open the Entry Period for The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz, Sponsor (via @LeBatardShow on Twitter) will post a tweet with the entry details between 10:00AM ET and 12:00PM ET on Thursday, October 8, 2020. To enter, Participants must follow the entry details as outlined by Sponsor in the tweet which will include retweeting a post that contains the required entry hashtag #thelastdanceradiosweeps, @LeBatardShow and @ESPNRadio. All entries must occur on Twitter during the stated Entry Period, which ends at the scheduled ET conclusion of The Dan Le Batard Show w/ Stugotz, scheduled to occur at 12:00PM ET on Friday, October 9, 2020.

If Participant is a first time visitor to Twitter, Participant will be prompted to complete the on-screen registration form. A Twitter account registration is a one-time requirement. If Participant is a returning visitor, Participant will be prompted to log-in using Participant's Twitter account. A Participant's tweet submitted in compliance during the applicable Entry Period listed above, which includes the specified hashtag, and tagged show and ESPN Radio twitter handles shall constitute a valid "Entry" into this Promotion. Limit one (1) Entry per Participant, regardless of how many Twitter accounts a Participant may have. Participants are expressly prohibited from entering from multiple Twitter accounts. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, inconsistent with the Entry Guidelines below (or as otherwise specified herein) will not be accepted as an Entry and Sponsor may disqualify the Participant from further participation in the Promotion.

4. ENTRY GUIDELINES: All submitted Entries must be in English and no longer than the character limits associated with Twitter. If the Entry is longer than the character limits associated with Twitter only the first valid number of characters will be considered as the eligible Entry. Each Tweet must contain (i) the hashtag #thelastdanceradiosweeps, (ii) the Twitter handle @ESPNRadio, and (iii) at least one of the following ESPN Radio program Twitter handles (@KeyJayandZ, @LeBatardShow or @EspnGreeny). In the event of a violation of these Entry Guidelines, or these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to take such actions, if any, as it deems appropriate with respect to the Tweet in question, including, without limitation, removing the Tweet, or disqualifying the Tweet from the Promotion.

5. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED: Three (3) potential winners from each ESPN Radio program's pool of entries (nine (9) potential winners in total) will be selected via random drawing, on or shortly after the end of each show's Entry Period, from among all eligible Entries properly submitted and received during such Entry Period, as specified above. A Participant who is randomly selected (a "Potential Winner") is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a Potential Winner, unless and until the Potential Winner's eligibility has been verified. Potential Winners will be notified on Twitter via direct message from the respective ESPN Radio program Twitter handle that identified them as a potential winner (i.e., @KeyJayandZ, @LeBatardShow or @EspnGreeny). Potential Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the direct message being sent with the requested information. If any Potential Winner is deemed ineligible or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected and notified from the remaining eligible Entries received. Sponsor may in its sole discretion announce the names of the winners or Potential Winners on any of the following Twitter feeds: @ESPNRadio, @KeyJayandZ, @LeBatardShow or @EspnGreeny, or in other forms of communication, provided, however, that no Potential Winner shall be certified as a winner until the Potential Winner has executed and returned any required documents, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, such as a verification of eligibility and identity or any liability or publicity release. If a Potential Winner is under the age of eighteen (18), he or she will be disqualified and the prize (as defined below) will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a Potential Winner fails to respond to any notification attempt or return verification documents within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or an undeliverable or other error message is received by Sponsor from the Participant's ISP-even if sent by the ISP in error and even if the notice is actually received thereafter, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeit his/her prize. All decisions of Sponsor shall be binding and final. Limit one (1) prize per Participant.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV: $49.99): Each verified "Winner" (nine (9) Winners in total) shall receive one (1) Blu-rayTM gift set of ESPN's The Last Dance (the "Prize"). Total ARV of all Prizes awarded: $449.91.

No cash alternatives, prize substitutions or transfer of prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

7. GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Promotion and accepting any prize that they may win, Participants agree to release ESPN Radio, Keyshawn, JWill & Zubin, The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz, Greeny, Twitter, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance or use of the Prize. As a condition of entry into the Promotion, Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with creation of or submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of and/or awarding of the Prizes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use of Winners' persona, in whole or in part, including without limitation their names, likenesses, photographs, voices, opinions and/or hometown and state and entries for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) and any other public use, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By submitting an Entry (i.e., Tweet), Participants grant Sponsor the right to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, reproduce, adapt, or otherwise revise and/or alter the Tweet, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Tweet for editorial, commercial, promotional, regulatory or legal reasons and all other purposes, in its sole discretion.

8. SUSPENSION: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs Sponsor's ability to properly conduct the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes at random from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the cancellation of the Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules including without limitation any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or the Promotion, or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

9. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Promotion; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including, without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses or other security breaches; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Promotion; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion, access to, copying or downloading materials from Twitter or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize.

Winners agree that the Released Parties have not made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturer's terms and therefore winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

10. DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Connecticut having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS' LIST: For names of Winners or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send an email to espnradio@donercx.com with the subject line "ESPN Radio The Last Dance Sweepstakes" and your specific request. Winners' list to be available by 10/31/2020. All requestees will be responded to via email by 11/1/2020.
