ESPN Caribbean, the home of Grand Slam tennis events in the Caribbean, presents the 2018 Championships at Wimbledon, with over 120 hours of exclusive live coverage on its TV networks, ESPN Caribbean and ESPN2 Caribbean. Coverage of this prestigious tournament begins Monday, July 2, 2018 at 7 a.m. ET.
Defending champion Roger Federer will be seeking his ninth Wimbledon victory, and former #1 Serena Williams is the favorite to take the women’s title, playing in her second Grand Slam since returning from maternity leave.
ESPN’s experienced commentary team–including John McEnroe, Cliff Drysdale, Darren Cahill, Chrissie Evert and Mary Joe Fernandez–will deliver expert play-by-play and analysis throughout the tournament.
ESPN Play, ESPN International’s broadband service in the Caribbean, will offer 1,400-hours of live coverage from up to 18 courts simultaneously, as well as ESPN Play exclusive content. For the first time, cameras will be present on every court to provide “First Ball to Last Ball” coverage. In addition to the live simulcast coverage of ESPN’s networks, ESPN Play will offer on-demand replays of all matches from the day’s action.
