Patriots Trade Randy Moss To Vikings

Randy Moss is headed back to Minnesota.

According to ESPN's NFL Insider Adam Schefter it's official. The New England Patriots have agreed to trade WR Randy Moss to the Minnesota Vikings for a 3rd round pick in the 2011 draft, according to an NFL source. So far this season, Randy Moss has a league-high five dropped passes and has the lowest catch percentage (receptions/(receptions+drops)) of any receiver with at least 20 targets on the season. New England dealt Randy Moss, who is in the last year of his contract, just as it dealt Richard Seymour when he was in the last year of his contract. Minnesota lands a Hall of Fame wide receiver for Brett Favre after failing to trade for San Diego wide receiver Vincent Jackson.
