Today, espnW announced its roster of sponsors for the eighth annual espnW: Women + Sports Summit presented by Toyota. Toyota returns as the presenting sponsor, along with Gatorade, Wells Fargo, Procter & Gamble, and The V Foundation for Cancer Research.

From October 2-4, the Summit will showcase the most influential women in sports, business and entertainment at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, Calif. The two-day conference will feature panels, keynotes, work sessions, presentations and activities geared towards advancing women in sports.

In addition to branding and on-site integrations, Summit sponsorships will feature digital and social activations across espnW’s platforms.

Toyota will announce the fifth class of “Everyday Heroes,” an award that honors three individuals making a difference for women and girls in their local communities through sports. In addition to showcasing its vehicles throughout the venue, Toyota will host the Summit’s Opening Night reception and celebrate “Everyday Heroes” – their accomplishments and impact – during the event and at espnW.com/Summit.

Gatorade, returning as the official sports fuel sponsor, will moderate an Impact Work Session on keeping girls in sports. Additionally, Gatorade will once again provide guests with its products at all athletic activities throughout the event, where attendees can participate in boot camps, strength training, morning runs, and yoga.

Official financial sponsor Wells Fargo returns to host Executive Office Hours, a program in which attendees will be able to interact one-on-one with more than 20 senior executives from a variety of companies and industries. Wells Fargo will also offer their beloved plush ponies in the gifting suite and offer guests the opportunity to take professional headshot photographs.

Procter & Gamble also returns as an Executive Power Talk sponsor with unique social integrations tied to its brands, Secret deodorant and Always. Always will lead a Power Talk about the impact of their “Keep Playing #LikeAGirl” initiative that enables young girls to continue to benefit from participating in sports.

Sponsoring the Summit for the third consecutive year, The V Foundation for Cancer Research will invite guests to participate in three Team V runs in conjunction with the New York Road Runners. The organization will also provide guests with educational materials that drive awareness of cancer research.
