The season certainly didn’t start the right way for Texas Rangers right-hander Keone Kela. Projected to be a key member of the bullpen, the third-year reliever ended up in Triple-A Round Rock after an incident with teammates on the final day of spring training. Reporters quoted unnamed players as saying that Kela, excellent as a rookie in 2015 and injured for half of last season, was a clubhouse cancer who needed a few weeks away from the team to mature. Whatever the case, Kela was summoned back in mid-April and he’s been the team’s top relief pitcher this season.
What does that mean for fantasy owners?
