After a 15-month suspension, Maria Sharapova made her triumphant return to the tennis court this week at the Stuttgart Open. And while some of her peers aren't exactly thrilled by her presence at the tournament (I see you, Genie Bouchard!), the five-time Grand Slam champion is back like she never left.
After easily winning her first two matches, Sharapova topped Anett Kontaveit, 6-3, 6-4, on Friday to advance to the semifinals. As you might imagine, she has been pretty happy about her performance thus far -- and her face in the pictures below might really just say it all.
