Booker and Crowder exchange funny Instagram comments after Suns celebrate 70-point game

Although the Phoenix Suns lost 130-120 to the Boston Celtics on Friday night, there was reason to celebrate: Second-year guard Devin Booker became just the sixth player in NBA history to score 70 points in a game.

After the game, the Suns took a team picture with everyone celebrating, which was shared on the NBA's Instagram account.

However, Celtics forward Jae Crowder was apparently surprised to see so many smiling faces after a loss. The 26-year-old let his feelings be known with a message in the comments section of the Instagram post.

"NEVER SEEN SO MANY GUYS HAPPY AFTER AN 'L,'" he wrote with his Instagram username, bossman99.

But Booker, the star of the night, might have gotten the last laugh with the simple response, "you can't guard me."

Later on, Crowder clarified his statement and wrote that he was referring to everyone else on the Suns except Booker.

"I WAS TALKIN BOUT THEM DUDES AROUND YOU. BUT ILL SEE U NEXT YEAR.!," Crowder wrote.

Does Crowder have a fair point? With the loss on Friday night, the Suns are now 22-51 and have the third-worst record in the NBA this season. However, they also have one of the best young players in Booker and an array of talented assets that could make for a playoff-contending team in the near future.
