The eclectic playlist that got Julia Mancuso back on the slopes after injury

Julia Mancuso hadn't missed a single World Cup ski season in 15 years until hip surgery forced her to scrap last year's tour. Now finally healed, she shared the playlist that helped keep her motivated through rehab.

First on the list: "Tremble" by Nicole Millar. "When the beat drops, it's pretty intense and crazy," she says. In general, Mancuso prefers new music ("I get into it, then I kind of move on") and eclectic beats -- but only in the car, at home or during a hard workout.

"When I'm racing, I don't really love music," says the four-time Olympic medalist. "It gets in my head and distracts me a little. I like to be more present. When I'm skiing, I like to just connect with nature."
