Today, Friday, at 5 p.m. ET, ESPN2 will air a special episode of The Jump, ESPN’s daily NBA show, dedicated to the defending NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers’ White House visit this week. The Jump’s host Rachel Nichols traveled to Washington D.C. for the Cavaliers’ historic visit and will provide behind-the-scenes footage and unique perspective about the trip.

Additionally, the show will include a video essay, written and voiced by Nichols, which will focus on how this Presidential administration has widened the net  for which athletes and teams are celebrated at the White House, such as Paralympians, an increased number of women’s championship teams, and more.  The show will document the Cavaliers’ full day with the President and White House officials, and will also include interviews with players and team officials.

The Jump is also streamed via the ESPN app and WatchESPN. ESPN2 will carry re-airs of Friday’s episode of The Jump during the weekend.
