Smith-Pelly 'sad' to hear racial taunts in 2018

The Capitals' Devante Smith-Pelly responds after fans were ejected from the arena for directing racist comments towards the Capitals forward Saturday. Smith-Pelly is disappointed that there hasn't been a "change in progression" in our society.
