Detroit Lions fans buy more Ndamukong Suh billboards

Ndamukong Suh is leaving Detroit, and the same group of fans who asked the "$UH?" question last week are once again using the signs above the Detroit metro area’s roadways to make a point.

According to Carly Zipp, who works in public relations for OutFront Media, the group has bought billboards with the word "$CRUHED!" that are expected to start popping up Monday in the Detroit metro area, Flint, Michigan, and Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the next week.

This group of Detroit Lions fans, who have asked to remain anonymous, have been behind multiple billboards about the Lions in recent months. They purchased the "$UH?" billboards last week, and the "Detroit Lyin'" billboards following the Lions’ loss to Dallas in the playoffs in January.

The billboard is in response to defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh choosing to leave the Lions -- who offered a six-year deal worth $17 million per year with $58 million guaranteed -- for Miami. The Dolphins offered a $114 million deal ($19 million per year) with $60 million guaranteed.

The deal will be officially signed Tuesday.

The Lions had expressed optimism in re-signing Suh for the past year, including as late as the NFL combine last month.
