Never one to shy away from creating a movement, Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook and founder of LeanIn.org, is once again making a big push for progress. Thursday, LeanIn.org announced a partnership with the NBA and WNBA for its new "Lean in Together" initiative.
"Women are not fully accepted as leaders and men are not fully accepted and supported as caregivers," Sandberg said in an interview with ESPN's Hannah Storm. The campaign's goal is to emphasize why equality is important for both men and women."
