Practice Report: All three tight ends are back

ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- The Detroit Lions are creeping ever closer to being almost fully healthy.

A day after tight end Joseph Fauria returned to practice, position mates Brandon Pettigrew and Eric Ebron both worked out for the first time. Pettigrew missed one game with an injured foot. Ebron missed two games with a bum hamstring and Fauria missed five games with a sprained ankle.

Though it is unclear how many of that trio will play Sunday against Miami, that they all at least practiced on a limited basis gives a good indication they will be available no later than next week against Arizona for the Lions.

Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush also practiced for the second straight day.

The only Detroit player to miss practice Thursday was defensive tackle Nick Fairley, who will be out a while with a knee injury.
