Ndamukong Suh and his sister, Ngum, have settled a lawsuit brought against them in 2012 in the Oakland County Circuit Court, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Court records indicate the case between the Suhs and Gregory and Laura Packer was closed on Dec. 10, 2013.

The Free Press is reporting the case stemmed from a failure to return a secruity deposit and that the Suhs have given the Packers money to settle the case in regard to a Birmingham, Mich., home the Suhs bought in 2012. According to the Free Press, the Suhs asked for and received a confidentiality notice barring the Packers from discussing the case.
