College Football: Top Four Teams in BCS Standings on ESPN and ABC

This week’s college football schedule will include telecasts of the top four teams in the BCS Standings and six of the top 10. The lineup is highlighted by No. 4 Stanford, coming off a victory over then-undefeated Oregon, at USC on ABC’s Saturday Night Football Presented by Windows on November 16 at 8 p.m. ET. ESPN Radio will also broadcast the game.

That afternoon, ABC and ESPN2, combine to televise unbeaten No. 2 Florida State against new ACC foe Syracuse and No. 16 Michigan State at Nebraska on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Additional Saturday highlights:

  • ESPN will televise two of the top three teams, both on the road against conference opponents: No. 3 Ohio State at Illinois at noon and No. 1 Alabama at Mississippi State at 7:45 p.m.
  • ESPNU’s Saturday 3:30 p.m. telecast will feature No. 23 Miami (Fla.) at Duke in a showdown between ACC Coastal Division rivals with matching 7-2 records.
  • ESPN3 and ESPNU will combine to cover two of the top teams in the American Athletic Conference: No. 17 UCF at Temple at noon on ESPN3 and No. 20 Louisville against Houston at 7 p.m. on ESPNU.

ESPN and ESPN2 will combine to televise three teams in the BCS Standings over three consecutive weekdays beginning Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 8 p.m. with undefeated No. 15 Northern Illinois against one-loss Ball State in a showdown between the top two teams in the Mid-American Conference West division. Thursday’s ESPN College Football Primetime on November 14, at 7:30 p.m., will pit No. 8 Clemson against Georgia Tech while ESPN2’s Friday night matchup on November 15, at 9 p.m., will pit No. 13 UCLA against Washington.
