Mark Jackson is a big Kristaps Porzingis fan. So he means no disrespect to Porizingis when he says Porzingis doesn't deserve to be voted in by fans as an All Star this season. "He's a heckuva talent. He’s going to be a great player. With that being said, I wouldn't be thrilled about him being in the All Star game today," said Jackson, who fully supports the NBA fan vote for the ASG. "He can go on and average 30 for the next month and I would say yes. But when you're talking about putting together 12 guys on the All Star team representing the Eastern Conference, he doesn't deserve it." Some have speculated that Porzingis’ fans overseas may flood the fan vote, thereby earning him a starting spot. Porzingis, though, has said he isn't interested in earning a spot that way. Verizon NBA All Star Voting tipped off today.
