Jhonny Peralta Doctor's appointment is tonight for 2nd opinion but Cardinals executives are resigned to the fact that he will need to be operated on and will be expected to be out 12-14 weeks. They will give Gyrko and Diaz next few weeks to see if they can handle it before seriously considering trade outside the organization.
