Although he's about to get a handsome five-year, $30 million deal (according to ESPN's Adam Schefter), George Iloka was long attracted to the Bengals because of their winning pedigree. Right after the Bengals' playoff loss in January, he was concerned that if he signed elsewhere it would mean he had to sign with a non-playoff team. He's built up comfort in being part of a yearly contender.
