Broncos DC Wade Phillips: 'Too much Dab will undo you!'

Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips took a little jab at the Carolina Panthers in the afterglow of his team's Super Bowl 50 victory Sunday.

Phillips, whose dad, Bum, coached the Houston Oilers and New Orleans Saints, was a big reason the Broncos broke through this season.

Phillips' defense held Cam Newton to 201 net passing yards (including negative 64 yards on six sacks) and forced four Panthers turnovers. The Broncos hit Newton a season-high 19 times.

"Coach Phillips did an amazing job," said MVP Von Miller after the game. "He always likes to say that mistakes are on him, but the Super Bowl is on him, too. I really appreciate everything he's done for the whole team, not just the defense."
