Trio of SEC underclassmen in Mel Kiper Jr.'s 2016 tight end rankings

The early position rankings for the 2016 NFL draft continued Thursday as Mel Kiper Jr. broke down his top draft-eligible tight ends from the college level.

The list was broken down into seniors and underclassmen. Though no seniors from the SEC made the cut, the conference featured the top three underclassmen tight ends with Evan Engram of Ole Miss, Hunter Henry of Arkansas and O.J. Howard of Alabama.

Engram, a former three-star recruit who has blossomed into a star, topped the list. As a sophomore, he led all SEC tight ends with 662 receiving yards and finished second with 38 receptions. He also made a pair of touchdown grabs.
