Saints coach Sean Payton and GM Mickey Loomis are expected to meet this week, and other NFL teams believe that Loomis will grant Payton permission to speak with them about their head coaching vacancies, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. The issue would become compensation and whether the two sides could work out an arrangement that would allow Payton to leave New Orleans with two years remaining on his contract.
