CHICAGO -- Kirk Hinrich will not play in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against the Milwaukee Bucks as he continues to recover from a hyperextended left knee. Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau sounds more optimistic that Hinrich could return soon, but the rehab hasn't been as quick as the Bulls would have liked. "He rode the bike, did some shooting, did some running," Thibodeau said. "He feels better today, but still not quite good enough." Hinrich has been dealing with the injury off and on throughout the entire month. Second-year swingman Tony Snell is expected to get Hinrich's minutes off the bench again. Snell scored four points in 15 minutes during Game 1 and spent much of his time facing off against Bucks guard Michael Carter-Williams.
